Indianapolis Colts Trent Richardson Finding His Comfort Zone - E

Hes gone from thinking too much after taking the handoff to running off his natural instincts and with explosion. Colts Preseason Live Preseason Live Hes getting back to 100 percent, so I think some of those runs youre starting to see, the hard work, the full offseason, the comfort with the scheme, the terminology, being around the offensive guys, the guys that are lined up in front of him blocking and seeing him starting to put a foot in the ground, see a hole, burst through the line of scrimmage, all that http://www.prweb.com/releases/2013/10/prweb11222047.htm stuff is coming, Pagano said. Its only going to get better, too, as he gets closer to 100 percent, health-wise. Again, hes on track, hes on track. Richardsons role in the offense became even more important once fellow running back Vick Ballard was lost for the season with a torn Achilles. <br>Source: http://espn.go.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/133936/trent-richardson-finding-his-comfort-zone

Koa Misi, Jamal Charles Injuries Headline Opening Injury Report

Neither player was able to practice on Wednesday, with Misi dealing with an ankle injury he suffered in Week 1 against the New England Patriots and Charles hobbled by a high ankle sprain he suffered against the Denver Broncos last week. They were joined on their respective sidelines by defensive end Terrence Fede (knee), running back Knowshon Moreno (elbow), and guard Shelley Smith (knee) for the Dolphins and safety Eric Berry (ankle) for the Chiefs. None of the players who did not practice have had their availability for Sunday determined yet. Miami also had several players limited in the workout, including tackle Branden Albert (shoulder), tight end Charles Clay (knee), safety Louis Delmas (calf), linebacker Jelani Jenkins (shoulder), linebacker Jordan Tripp (chest), guard Billy Turner (foot), and linebacker Philip Wheeler (thumb). Also on that list is center Mike Pouncey , who returned to practice this week for the first time since having hip surgery in June. Pouncey has been rehabbing from the torn labrum repair procedure with next week's game against the Oakland Raiders in London website as the prime target. He could, however, play this week if team doctors feel the hip is ready and coaches deem him to be in game shape. <br>News source: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/koa-misi-jamal-charles-injuries-223526010.html
